Leave your name and address in the form and mention the number of books you like to order and after that you get the opportunity to pay via iDeal
When you like to track the delivery of your book, and would like to receive an invoice, you can leave you e-mail address. This is not obligatory. You e-mail address will nto be used for anything else.
Ordering and delivery will be executed via my company TBFE. This is also the name that will show on the invoice when you receive it via your e-mail address
